Project Description

UN women The compagain was about “Women’s Employment Promotion” The scope of work is to produce knowledge toolkits that target women labor, agribusiness firms’ management, and rural communities at large. The toolkit should address sexual harassment, hygiene, women’s employability and career development. The purpose of the toolkits is to (1) address cultural and social issues that affect women’s employment in the agriculture sector; (2) educate women labor (most are illiterate to mid-level education 18-40 years old) on hygiene, harassment, women’s role in the economy, health, and communications skills; and (3) encourage firms’ management to employ women in senior positions. All tools and knowledge products should be developed within the “Taa’ Marbouta” brand.
